Mr. Boyer has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2007. He holds a degree in Accountancy from Bentley College and is a candidate for the degree of Master of Science, Taxation from Bentley University.
He has nine years of public accounting experience. Mr. Boyer recently joined Baker, O'Connor LLC, as a Manager.

Most recently, Mr. Boyer worked with a large regional public accounting firm in Boston as a Senior Associate. Client duties included assurance and tax services focusing on closely held owner managed businesses as well as consulting services related to employee benefit plan reporting, annual budgeting and accounting for certain transactions. Industries served include manufacturing, retail, distribution, construction, and several service sectors.
