Tim O'Connor became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1998 after receiving his Bachelors
of Science from Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts. Upon completion of his certification
as a public accountant, he attended the graduate program at Bentley College where he completed the
Masters in Taxation program and the Masters in Personal Financial Planning program.
His knowledge and experience has allowed him to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service
and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue during audits, tax disputes, appeals, and tax resolution.
Tim has primarily worked with small to mid-size, closely held, companies with sales ranging from
$100,000 to as much as $60,000,000. He has worked with people to help them reach their corporate
and financial goals by helping them to manage their business and their personal investments.
